What is Arch Viz
Architectural Visualization is the art of creating three-dimensional images or animations showing the attributes of a proposed architectural design.
How do I get started?
Simply send us a message via our contact page or through our social media pages and that's about it. Whatever your needs are, we'll tailor something that works.
Do I need to provide the model or not?
To save on time and money, it's preferred to have a detailed (enough) model. Our preferred formats are Collada (.dae) or Filmbox (.fbx). That being said, we do model from the ground up if needed, but that would be billed separately.
What 3D formats do you accpet?
FBX, Skp (Sketchup), Obj (Wavefront) or DAE (Collada) are the accepted with FBX being the preferred.
What is the process like?
Once you've decided to work with us, we discuss the expectations and scope of work required. From there, deadlines are set based on the previous discussions. After files (drawings, 3d files, etc.) are submitted the work begins and drafts are submitted within the agreed time-frame. Once the work is signed off on, the high resolution files are optimized, rendered and delivered via digital gallery. The files are hosted there for at least 12 months before being removed. Of course, you can download the files in their original quality at any time.
How long does it take to get the final images?
Depending on your needs, if model(s) are provided, an exterior scene will take between 4 to 5 days and interiors between 2 to 3 days. Time-frames will however vary if we have to create the 3d model which would be based on complexity and/or if there are specific items that must be induced (people, unique furniture, etc.)

Can we expedite a job?
It is possible to expedite a job, however this will be based on workload at the time of request.
Do you provide individual images or are the images bundled as a package?
Images can be single if desired but depening on your method of presentation we can tailor a package for you based on your needs including a set number of exterior, interior and detail renders. The benefit of tailoring a package is that detail shots are included which otherwise would not be (check 'details' in our portfolio). Detail shots makes the scene more meaningful to the clients and items are placed to give the feeling of a space lived in. In other words, it ties into our vision of 'storytelling' but allowing the viewer to not just see the space, but to be able to imagine themselves in the space.
Do you do animations/videos?
